Shipping & payment information

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only possible within Germany.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.

For orders over €85.00, shipping is free.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 to 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Since my work is handmade and unique , and I run my small business as a one-woman operation , it may take up to 7 days for your order to be processed before shipping. I attach great importance to quality and care, so I ask for your understanding.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Further information on payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive advance notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account on the announced date.

If payment is made by credit card, your credit card account will be charged in connection with the conclusion of the contract.
