1. Cancellation policy - online shop purchases

Right of withdrawal for consumers
(Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which:

• You or a third party other than the carrier designated by you has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered a single product or several products as part of a single order and these were delivered together.
• You or a third party other than the carrier designated by you has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of one order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Taxidermika - Tierpräparation J. Wagner, telephone number: +4915753208389, email address: taxidermika@gmail.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Grounds for exclusion or expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded; for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered 30 days after conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence; for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts - for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery; - for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; - for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for payment of a price should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Grounds for exclusion or expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract stipulates a specific date or period for the provision.
In the case of a contract for the provision of services which obliges the consumer to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service if the consumer has expressly agreed, before the start of performance, that the trader may start providing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract by the trader.
In the case of a contract where the consumer has expressly requested the trader to visit him to carry out restoration work, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the restoration work, provided that the consumer has expressly agreed, prior to the commencement of performance, that the trader may commence the performance of the restoration work before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
